Ricardo specializes in trademark enforcement and anti-counterfeiting and serves as President of the Intellectual Property Committee at AmCham Guatemala. Pilar brings over 30 years of experience in trademark registration, IP portfolio management, and international legal coordination. Both are actively involved in the international intellectual property community, including organizations such as AIPPI, ASIPI, and INTA.
